Franck da Silva (Geneva/Paris/Lisbon), Founding Partner 
Ænon was founded in Paris in 2013 by Franck da Silva whose vocation is to deliver high quality shareholder strategy consulting to SMEs, to contribute to their growth and sustainability.
Franck was previously Director in Paris for the Investment Banks Aurige Finance (founded by ex-Arthur Andersen Partners and specialized in Mid & Large Cap transactions) and Europefa Partenaires (dedicated to international Small Cap transactions).
He is also a passionate Entrepreneur, Impact Investor and Lecturer (in Business Schools and Engineering Schools).
He is currently leading the expansion of Ænon in South East Asia.
Franck speaks English, French and Portuguese.
Xavier de Leyssac (Paris), Partner
Xavier is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions with nearly 20 years of experience as a partner in M&A boutiques dedicated to SME managers. Xavier has worked in Paris for Europefa Partenaires and Largillière Finance.
In particular, Xavier assists companies in their strategic development and in the implementation of their external growth projects.
Xavier speaks English and French.
Jean-François Carron (Paris), Partner
Jean-François, is a well-known professional with more than 40 ans of experience alongside industrial and family-owned SME.
Previously, Jean-François was the Head of M&A at Barclays Bank in Paris, Head of M&A at Allevard Industries (Wendel Group) and Head of M&A at Financière Agache (Groupe ARNAULT, holding company of LVMH).
Jean-François speaks English and French.
João Patricio dos Santos (Lisbon), Partner
João has more than 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. He deals in particular with the acquisition operations in Portugal.
Before joining the team, João was the Head of BNP Paribas Corporate Finance Portugal.
João speaks English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
Chamroeun Mak (Phnom Penh), Partner
Chamroeun is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience across various sectors including banking, microfinance, and agriculture. He possesses extensive expertise and holds positions on several boards in Cambodia, Chamroeun’s past roles include leadership positions in microfinance, trade associations and international NGOs.
Chamroeun speaks English and Khmer.
Ryan Rayos (Manila), Partner
As a seasoned Business Development Manager and M&A professional, Ryan specializes in facilitating business acquisitions and investments in the Philippines. Ryan has experienced working in South East Asia and in the United States.
